The animals

The cattle is from the charolais race (all white). The Pont Esnault Farm is specialized in the production of meat (see chapter direct sale) and the sale of grazing calves (male calves of 8 to 9 months).

We breed by grouped calving (spring and autumn) as well as by artificial insemination, thus excluding the presence of a Bull.
