The Pont Esnault Farm has a good workable size 48 ha (this is about 48 times the size of the lawn at the "stade de France"). In the meadows we have about 80
cattle of which about 40 are milk cows. Part of the meadow pastures
are used exclusively for animal grazing during spring, summer and
autumn. The remaining meadows are used to produce hay and fodder for
winter feeding We ensure that our animals only get feed which is actually produced on our farm. We are very concerned with the protection of the environnement. We therefore reduce the use of artificial fertilizer and treating products to the very minimum and follow a calculated ecological agricultural process. We do not grow Corn on the Cobb.
