Cooked dishes

Also available at Pont Esnault Farm are various delicious cooked dishes prepared from the meat from our animals (i.e.beef). These dishes are professionally prepared in the Vire School of Agriculture's kitchens, which provides all the guaranties required in respect to hygiene and gives us a natural further dimension for the sale of our beef.

This range of products is quite extensive and includes :
 - Beef pates (with cider, apples, natural or with liver)
 - Beef rilletes
 - Liver pate prepared with Pommeau
 - Beef prepared with Pommeau and Pont l'Evêque cheese          
 - Beef prepared with cider
 - Beef with red beans
 - Beef with prunes
 - Beef picnic (ready for picnic lunches in the open air)

These products can be conserved up to 3 years. They are packed and sold in varying sizes of glass jars wheighing between 130g and 750g.
